Terms of use

1. Who we are

Doro is a service that turns the art or photo sent by the customer into advertising pieces, using artificial intelligence. The service is operated by DANIELA DE OLIVEIRA 75280078115 (MEI), CNPJ 48.300.312/0001-47, Avenida T-4, 550, Setor Bueno, Goiânia/GO, CEP 74230-030, Brazil, and the contact is [email protected].

2. What you are buying

You send a file, choose a plan and receive pieces — images, video or both — according to the plan you bought. The scope of each plan is described on the pricing page at the time of purchase, and that description is what applies.

3. The files you send

You declare that you own the rights to what you send, or that you have permission from whoever does. This applies to brands, logos, crests, photographs and any other material.

We do not accept material that infringes third-party rights, nor content that is illegal, offensive, discriminatory or that involves a person without consent. If we identify this, the order is cancelled and the amount refunded.

Responsibility for that ownership is yours. If a third party takes action against us because of material you sent, you are responsible for it.

4. How the piece is made, and what that means

Pieces are generated by artificial intelligence models. This has consequences you need to know before buying:

We check each piece before delivering it. If something goes wrong because of our fault, we redo it at no cost.

5. Who owns the finished piece

The final piece is yours. You may use it commercially, with no limit of time, medium or territory.

We keep the right to display the piece in our portfolio and promotional material. If you do not want that, just tell us by email — before or after delivery — and we will remove it.

6. Payment, deadline and refunds

Payment is per piece, in advance. Production starts after confirmation.

The delivery deadline is shown on the order.

When the piece cannot be made. If the image you sent does not work for the chosen effect, you choose: send another image, switch to an effect on sale that matches it (when there is one, at a similar price and with no difference to pay) or close the order and keep the amount as credits. If we cannot deliver because of a failure on our side, the order is closed and the amount also becomes credits. In both cases, the amount becomes the cost of the piece in credits (the same it costs in a monthly plan, shown before payment), and the credits are valid for 30 days from when they reach your account, to use on any creation. An order paid with credits gets the credits it used back.

For now, in these cases, there is no cash refund: the amount stays with you as credits, as described above. This rule is provisional; a relevant change is announced as section 8 says.

Because this is a customized product, made to measure from your file, the right of withdrawal provided for in article 49 of the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code has limited scope once production has started. Before that, cancellation is full.

If the result has a defect, we redo it. If it still does not suit you, we refund.

Monthly plan. Besides buying per piece, you can subscribe to a monthly package of credits, which you exchange for videos: each video costs the number of credits shown before you confirm the order, and different videos may cost different amounts. The subscription is charged every month, automatically, to the payment method you authorized on Mercado Pago or Stripe, until you cancel. Each month's credits are added after the charge is approved and are valid for 30 days, until the end of the billing cycle in which they were added; the ones that expire first are used first. Credits are not refundable in cash and cannot be transferred to another account.

You can cancel the subscription from your account; when you cancel, charging stops and the credits you already have remain valid until they expire. If a video paid with credits cannot be produced, the credit returns to your account. A change in the plan price is announced by email before the next charge.

7. What we do not promise

We do not guarantee commercial results — views, sales or campaign performance. We deliver the piece; its use and results are yours.

Our liability, in any case, is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question.

8. Changes

We may change these terms. A relevant change is announced by email in advance, and does not affect an order that has already been paid.

9. Governing law and venue

Brazilian law applies. The courts of the consumer's domicile are chosen for disputes, as required by the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code.

10. Languages

These terms are available in several languages. If there is any difference between the versions, the Portuguese version prevails.
